Daily workout will come!

Workout consists of the following:
•High Chair – Extreme Crunches/reverse chair dips
•Squats – Wide and Tight
•5 pound kettle ball – Punches/ Uppercuts
•15 pound kettle ball – Double arm curls (front & back),
•Resistance band – Punches/Curls
•High Knee Ab workout
